Upon receiving his Bachelor of Environmental Design from Texas A&M University in 1995, Mr. Bray practiced architecture in Dallas and led efforts in retail developments, institutional design and planning, and web based project management. He has worked extensively with varied institutions and developers. He is adept with both commercial and residential architecture and has utilized these abilities to develop strong relationships with national retail and institutional clients.

Civic activities include serving as a committee member of Fredericksburg Young Life, a volunteer with various local youth sport organizations, and as a Board member of the Hill Country Needs Council and Heritage School Board of Trustees. He is a charter member of Oak Hill Church Fredericksburg
